Nataph

In a time of corporate worship I had a vision where I saw the river of God flowing from His throne and into the crystal sea.  As I continued to worship I saw it turn into a raging river and as I was beginning to get caught up in its force, immediately I thought, “I’m going to die!  I’m going to be swept away in this river and I’m not going to survive.”  Within moments, the vision changed and I was outside of the river and it was pouring down over a large precipice, turning into a massive waterfall.  I was standing by the waterfall and could feel the cool mist like a refreshing shower.

 

I had no understanding of the vision but two days later, in a dream, Yeshua spoke to me and said, “My voice is as the sound of many waters.”  I immediately began to awaken and as I did I was speaking out the scripture, “As the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return there without watering the earth, making it bear and sprout, furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so shall My word be which goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to me void, without accomplishing what I desire and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.”  Instantly, I had understanding of the vision.

 

We are, beyond doubt, at the threshold of the latter rain.  An unrestrained river is about to be poured out of heaven and it will deluge the earth like a massive cascading waterfall.   God will pour out His Spirit on all flesh and waters will break forth in the wilderness and streams in the desert.  The scorched land will become a pool and the thirsty ground, springs of water.  And a highway will be there, a roadway.  And it will be called the Highway of Holiness.  And the ransomed of the Lord will return and come with joyful shouting to Zion.  With everlasting joy upon their heads, they will find gladness and joy and sorrow and sighing will flee away.

 

So let it rain, let it rain.  Open the floodgates of heaven…..let it rain!
